Event Profile:

Featuring the work of Australia's small manufacturers, product designers, and design makers, Design:Made:Trade creates an opportunity for exhibitors to present themselves to manufacturers, retail and export buyers and the public from national, regional and international markets.


Audience:

Along with over 2000 public visitors, the anticipated 3000+ trade visitors, including architects, designers, retail buyers, wholesalers and distributors, are the main target audience for designers.

Exhibitors:

Designers will exhibit a range of products, including carpets, curtains and blinds, decorative accessories, fabrics, homewares, lights and lamps, manchester, design software, apparel, fashion products, rugs and floor coverings and soft furnishings.

Selected from a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise, including products, graphics, fashion and accessories, textiles, lighting, furniture and handmade objects, the designers that were selected to exhibit possessed originality, commercial potential and innovation.

Exhibition Space:

Designers are allocated a 3x3 metre exhibition space of which they have full design control. The exhibits are transformed into various types of spaces specifically tailored to the designs being exhibited.
